Good night all  I want to know if A2billing in some version has the following characteristics? - Incoming Calls and between Annex. - Summary and detail by user group. - Summary and detail by user key. - Export reports to Word and Excel - Graph of the 10 top-ten people who talk. - Pie charts (distribution per groups) - Alerts by e-mail with excessively long calls. There are a number of reports, but they may not be too your liking. You can export data from MySQL, and put it into Access / Excel for further analysis, alternatively, look at Jaspersoft's iReports. Joe |
