DEFUALT COUNTRY NAME

Please its there any way one can change the defualt country on A2B from Afghanstan to say USA or India or any other country.

on the last release, it will be USA by default.

otherwise you can always change this line :

   $country_default_val = 'USA';
}

Any chance of making that a setting instead of hard coding? It would be better if we don't need to edit the files just to set the defaults.

it s not in my todo but you could request it to be added or provide a patch.

I may look at this once i get my callback working correctly. I have not worried too much about country and other cosmetic things too much yet till i get the call functionality working the way i need first.
