Hello there,

My requests for the Agents Portal:

1) It'd be good that the agents could generate invoices just like the admin users can. The reason? It eases the control in the account balance section to see which customers have paid and which ones have NOT paid. As you know, you can generate refills without a payment.

2) Speaking of refills, the refill engine should be very alike the one used for the admins. It lets the system create an associated invoice for that refill, something the refill procedure in the agents portal doesn't. in fact, the refill procedure for the agents is the old refill process of previous versions of A2B.

Sounds reasonable?
