 Post subject: billing charge problem

i have problem with rate charge.maybe my problem is in set i can set billing charge when my destination hang up(answer to call).when i call to a number, how i can start to billing after answer?my problem is in when i start to inputting card id and telephone number ,billing start to charge.i want when my destination answer, billing start to charge.

Well the 1st thing that comes to mind is the setting: min_duration_2bill = (time in seconds) in a2billing.conf
You could set this to say 30 secs to allow the call to connect, if not they wouldn't get charged anything, but they still would pay for the whole call.
Interesting problem in logistics of billing...We need more input on this issue.
