Hi there,

I'm not sure if everyone experience this... but it seems that it takes a few seconds after the caller enter the number before A2B sends the message to asterisk to dial.... In the CLI it shows which number the client entered, wait a few seconds then continue its process..

Anyone knows why and is it fixable?

Thanks

Cause system doesnt know, you've finished dialing your digits or no, so it waits for few seconds.

If you want it to dial right away, press # after your phone numbers.

Remember:- this # is to dial from your VoIP phone or regular phone, but not from soft phone, as you first enter the numbers on soft phone then you press dial button to send the call and this button work as #.

I've pressed #, like I said, in the CLI I do see the completed number, it just take a couple of seconds to show that it found it in the ratecard table, which in the previous version it didn't do..

It stops there:

-- Playing 'prepaid-enter-dest' (language 'fr')
a2billing.php|1: RES DTMF : 15145551212
a2billing.php|1: DESTINATION ::> 15145551212
a2billing.php|1: APPLY_RULES DESTINATION ::> 15145551212

for about 4 to 5 seconds then:

a2billing.php|1: OK - RESFINDRATE::> 1
a2billing.php|1: RES_ALL_CALCULTIMEOUT ::> 1
a2billing.php|1: TIMEOUT::> 1998540 : minutes=33309 - seconds=0

thanks but is there a way to let the debug there and remove the wait? I monitor the activity with the debug on....

it did the trick for a while, but now, without changing anything, it stills take like 4 seconds before saying how many minutes the client has left.. (even after pressing #) and some clients even hangup thinking that the system failed...

Anyone has that same problem?

I just calculated the amount of time it actually waits.. and it's really 10 seconds...

that's just wayyy too long, and it didn't do that with the previous version of a2billing..
