Do you have sip or iax friend created for that card???

If you do -> your customer's info should be under sip_additional_a2billing.conf or iax_additional_a2billing.conf - check that -> reload sip config file.

From that point you need to register. You can do it two ways ->

Auth by username/password

Auth by caller id set under card options

Open debug and type sip show peers - to see if you're registered or if anything is happening.

1 means agi-conf1 defined at a2billing.conf.
You can have several agi-conf defined for different purposes.

from a2billing.conf
; configuration for the AGI, different configuration can be defined, ie "agi-conf1", "agi-conf2", etc...
; the groupid parameter will define which process_sections to use. Usage : DeadAGI(a2billing.php|%groupid%)
; by default agi-conf1 is used
[agi-conf1]

For example you're using agi-conf1 as default, you can set up agi-conf2 for callingcard with no ivr and etc.....

Since you're asking this question, i'm assuming you have only 1 agi-conf1 defined and if your calling card system works using caller id authentication then:

Simple setup:
1. Create sip friend - in admin page use cardnumber for accountcode,callerid, username - setup simple secret - let's say 1234. Save it. Reload asterisk.

2. Go to customer's account, add cardnumber to caller id field.
Sip friend will use caller id setup here to authenticate.

3. Launch softphone -> set username -> cardnumber, password -> 1234
Whenever you call another SIP you'll be seen as your cardalias number. To call another SIP friend on your system -> add 9cardalias.

I'm assuming you have following settings in your a2billing.conf

sip_iax_friends=YES
sip_iax_pstn_direct_call_prefix=9
sip_iax_pstn_direct_call=NO

4. go to linux -> type sip show peers -> you should see yourself registered.

5. Well you should be able to register - try it.

For now use the same context you're using for calling card use.

Hi,

I Had the same proble and follow the instruction here. (thx svetur ) :wink:

I change this in my a2billing:
sip_iax_friends=YES
sip_iax_pstn_direct_call_prefix=555
sip_iax_pstn_direct_call=NO

I use one sip phone (Grandstream) and one soft phone (Xlite) with those settings:

Xlite:
SIP: 0439525338
Secret: 12345
...

GS
SIP: 81094655331
Secret: 12345
....

Problem: I want to be able to make a call from the both accounts and use the calling card for to bill them.

Can you please tell me how to make this done?
