Well , my issue is not in charging i mean it dosen't charge for unsuccessed calls in CDR everything is correct but dear my issue is :
when i use X-ten and press dial i see that call established on Xten screen and the timer start counting instead of it should give me ringing and then when call connected it should start counting ...

i hope that you got my issue ?

Regards

Your issue is answer supervision. It is either you issuing it prematurely, or your provider is. A2B or asterisk can issue the answer supervision if you are acting as a wholesale provider, so you need to make sure you don't issue it and let the outbound provider issue the answer supervision.

OH - and this is NOT an A2B bug 8)

DON'T ANSWER THE CALL for your wholesale customers !!!!

http://forum.asterisk2billing.org/viewt ... ight=#5957

Here it is shown how, I already told you ... if you can't figure it out - just take the lines step by step. I don't know how to give you more hints without just doing it for you :x

i have the same problem, once the call is transferred to the provider, the a2billing system starts counting the call.

there is a way to delay the counting for some seconds untill the callee answers the calls??

Hi

Your provider is answering the call, this is their problem, and they should fix it.
