 Post subject: Dsiconnection problems for FXO ports

Hi,
i have installed a2billing and got it working successfully.. i have one problem only which is a disconnection issue..
in all cases when a client calls into the FXO port.. and makes a mistake or something happens like wrong card number.. or called number is busy or not answer .. the system disconnects and the line is free for another caller..
BUT, if the caller calls and hangs up during the call or after finishing the call without waiting for the system to hang up .. the FXO ports is not free.. and if anyone calls they get busy tone.
is there some setting must be added to the a2billing.php file to force the asterisk2billing to disconnect in all cases?

This is NOT a BUG.

This is NOT an A2B problem.

This is an Asterisk Issue (not a bug).

Specifically this is an issue with your FXO port, and just a quick guess is that you're using some sort of ATA that is not recognizing the disconnect signal and keeping the line open. Be careful on this or you might find open lines costing you lots of money.

it disconnects on regular bases the A2billing is giving the Hangup thing but it is not hanging up..
the case i'm talking about is when the callee hangs up and the a2billing asks the caller to enter another number to call.. it does so for several times then it disconnects.. on this step it doesn't disconnect. this is my case ..

I have a similar problem to this...searched everywhere.

for some reason when i make an outgoing sip call through A2BIlling and the callee hangs up before i do, A2Billing asks for a number to dial rather than hanging up the call?

Help?

number_try = 1 in a2billing.conf should stop this.
