 Post subject: Dead AGI Problem

Dear i am using a2billing with a GSM Gateway to terminate calls. My problem is that my client is complaining of High ACD. They can make calls and some calls connect but most of them are shown as Cancel in a2b.

Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
-- Executing [011923006141684@a2billing:1] Answer("SIP/9665037330-000002cd", "") in new stack
-- Executing [011923006141684@a2billing:2] Wait("SIP/9665037330-000002cd", "1") in new stack
-- Executing [011923006141684@a2billing:3] DeadAGI("SIP/9665037330-000002cd", "a2billing.php,1") in new stack
-- Launched AGI Script /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/a2billing.php

I think it maybe due to the internet on the gateway.

goip/gateway 1**.**.**.162 D N 35138 OK (452 ms)


Please let me know if i am thinking in the right way or there maybe an issue with my asterisk.

Hi

using Wireshark will help you identify the problems. If you have poor internet, as the ping times suggest, then this may be the cause.
