I really apriciate a2billing .....Its marvlous......But i faced some problem with a2billing v1.2 . I spent arround 3-4 hours to overcome that but couldn't able to make it work...

Problems:-

1.) Batch Update is not working in v1.2....I don't know why ??
2.) Rate Card Simulator in v1.2 is not working....
3.) There is no way to customize the Customer User Interface......I don't want all the Fields in customer User Interface....

Kindly help me...

You have a choice and it's very simple You can use it for free, with all it's bugs (you must have your own rasp on this way, remember - areski spent not a 3-4 hours, but hundreds (or more?) just for give to you for FREE, and he dont ask for money, so he work for free for you! but everybuddy want sometimes eat food, some drinks, and of course want have fun too, BUT its not free. in other words: when you have fun - he working hard! dont forget before you do any criticism next time please.
Anyway you can buy something else for money, and still kick sellers back for every our cent.... simple choice, you dont think?

now that the bad cop as given you the treatment ... let me play good cop for while but don't forget the bad cop is just outside the door

This works .... when it not working it is an indication that you don't have your tariff, rate card, rate, trunk combo set up properly



If you were to look in the file /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf you will see all the variables to control what gets displayed on the customer UI. look in the "webcustomerui" section

read the wiki to see how to properly install it.
