balance from paypal transaction not updated (v1.2.2)

After completing a transaction in Paypal, and recieving the confirmation email of a new payment, the balance of the user is still not credited with the amount...

In the admin interface, the transaction is listed correctly in the "PayPal Transactions" section and includes the correct amount of the transaction.

In "view money situation" and the rest of the billing tabs the transaction lists as '0' ...

Any ideas on where to start looking?
Solutions perhaps?

Answer: You have to open 553:tcp port on your firewall. Paypal sending back info about transaction and used SSL for this operation.
This question was here many times before and personaly i was answer few times too. next time i will not, tired repeated, sorry.

Areski, may be this is time to open new forum FAQ and move all the topics what have Question and Answer already?

Actually i've read that and done that already and this is the result.

You will notice, as i stated above, that paypal does reply with the correct information and it does get entered into the 'paypal transactions' table.

I've searched every paypal releated thread on this forum and havent found a solution or reason for this happening.

Just to post my solution for anyones future referance ...

Balance wont be uptdated if the transaction is less than $0.1 due to paypals transaction fees.. but otherwise, working perfectly.
