since already it liked to all give my congratulations to you for this carried through work.

in version 1.2.3 I came across myself with one bug in the RATECARD how much I try to make call billing / minute

duration call - If the call to last 0-60 seconds - bill = 0 euros if to last

I just try this with exact same conf and it has been billed correctly
1. 2006-08-21 11:00 999999 327444558 Belgium 00:08 1111111111 iax_myself ANSWER STANDARD 0.027 usd 0.244 usd

yes! this is correct. im not see this setting in a2billing.conf :

min_duration_2bill=

this is not a bug! its a feature !
