Hello,

One of my cads has 166 talk time but when that number is played by the IVR it only plays 66.
I am forcing the language to ES (sapanish) and even though I do have the hundred.gsm, humdred.ulaw and hundred g729 the IVR does not play any of this files.

a2billing.php: line:166 - [CHANNEL STATUS : 6 = Line is up]
a2billing.php: line:170 - [CREDIT STATUS : 5.00000]
a2billing.php: line:171 - [CREDIT MIN_CREDIT_2CALL : 0]
a2billing.php: line:544 - 1 && && 13&& 0
a2billing.php: line:571 - DESTINATION ::> 0115117102058
a2billing.php: line:573 - APPLY_RULES DESTINATION ::> 0115117101410
a2billing.php: line:612 - OK - RESFINDRATE::> 1
a2billing.php: line:634 - RES_ALL_CALCULTIMEOUT ::> 1
a2billing.php: line:651 - TIMEOUT::> 9960 : minutes=166 - seconds=0
-- Playing 'digits/60' (language 'es')
-- Playing 'digits/6' (language 'es')

When I force it to English there is no problem.

Any idea of how to solve this problem?

Thanks
Antonio

Hi,

I don't know if this is a bug of phpagi, or asterisk itself. a2b only invokes the function saydigits of phpagi and phpagi passes it to asterisk, as far as I've seen through the code.

Anyway, was someone able to solve this issue? I'm having the same problem.

Confirmed. Is not a bug of a2b, or phpagi. Is a problem in asterisk.

I'm sending some calls based on CID/DID to a context:

[invalid-did]
exten => s,1,Answer
exten => s,2,Set(LANGUAGE()=es)
exten => s,3,Wait,1
exten => s,4,SayNumber(123,f)
exten => s,5,Wait,2

not passing thru a2b of course, and it says 23 instead of 123:

Executing Goto("SIP/81.201.84.27-b7b37658", "invalid-did|s|1") in new stack
-- Goto (invalid-did,s,1)
-- Executing Set("SIP/81.201.84.27-b7b37658", "LANGUAGE()=es") in new stack
-- Executing Wait("SIP/81.201.84.27-b7b37658", "1") in new stack
-- Executing SayNumber("SIP/81.201.84.27-b7b37658", "123|f") in new stack
-- Playing 'digits/23' (language 'es')
-- Executing Wait("SIP/81.201.84.27-b7b37658", "2") in new stack

Hello and thank you for your reply!
I have not been able to fix this probolem yet. I have been forced to configure my spanish IVR not to provide the remaining minutes in the account but only the remaining dollar amount.

If you find the way to fix this problem with Asterisk, please let me know.

Thanks
Antonio

Hi Antonio,

based on the date of your post may be very late, but as I had the same problem I am telling to who will need the solution:

Prompts in spanish are different from those in english or in french. Even the language structure is different.

If you put english prompts in the "ES" directory, you will not have hear Hundreds . Example: 876 :

spanish: 800.gsm + 70.gsm + 6.gsm

english: 8.gsm + hundred.gsm + 70.gsm + 6.gsm.

french: 8.gsm + cents.gsm + 60.gsm + 16.gsm

I think the other languages are treated as english syntax.

Hope this helps!

Based off of gramatical structure, I may have to just keep the Spanish version from saying the minutes unless someone has a solution.
