Not sure if this is a bug but I had a fresh install of A2B 2.01 and Asterisk 11 on a Centos 6.3 server and on the rates page I'm showing "Rates List - 0 Records", although I have over 4K rates uploaded. But its also not just on the rates page, its on anything that has a list of some sort, it is showing as "0". I had an external provider help me troubleshoot and he stated that this may be a bug within version 2.01 of A2B. I couldn't find anything relating to this issue on the internet so I'm hoping someone here may have a clue as to where to start troubleshooting.

Is there anyone that could possibly assist me with this issue??

I don't think the version of Asterisk would affect anything. It's certainly not a general problem in 2.01

How did you upload the rates? Sounds like they did not get inserted correctly.

What happens if you create a rate manually, does that get shown in the list of rates?

I've tried creating a different rate card and then inputting one rate at a time and still the issue persists. The strange thing is that this is effecting not only the rate count but all other functionality that has some sore of list. It all equals "0" no matter how many items are listed. I've deleted all rate cards then re-created them again and still no change. Could this be a permission or perhaps a PHP thing?? And as of late I added a new rate card from a different provider and now some buy rate prices are showing up 0.00000

Does this mean you are now seeing some rates in the list of existing rates? Even if it's only the ones where the rate is 0.00.

Sorry it took me this long to reply however it appeared there could have been an error made by the contractor I hired to install this system. We reinstalled on another machine and the issue is not occurring any longer. But there seems to be another. Will post it in another thread.
