I recently imported rate plan from my VOIP termination company, now they change the rate so I need to change the rate on a2billing as well. Can someone tell me how to update the rates. Without creating double rates for the same area code.

I've look but I dont seem to find that information.

I think a better option is to re-import. Then remove the old rate card from the call plan and add the new one.

(this does not change existing CDRs. Existing call costs remain the same)
