Hello Everyone! I currently have one call plan and 4 rate cards attached to it. Let's call them bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. And when I run the simulator only 2 are chosen out of the 4. The strange part is that it will only choose the first two and in the order they are listed. Is this how its supposed to be or is there something wrong here?? I'm thinking this could be an issue. Can anyone shed some light on this??

I think you should be seeing all matching rates. It sounds like the other 2 rate cards are not matching correctly.

This is logical but have no idea where to start troubleshooting. Not having a developers background makes it difficult for me to speculate where to start. Could someone perhaps assist me with this??

The most commong thing I've seen recently is an invalid end date on rate cards. Check it's not set to 0000-00-00 for the ones that are not matching.

You could also try adding them to their own call plan and using the simumator to check them, just to see if any rates come up that you are expecting.

Checked the end date on the rate cards and they are not set to 0000-00-00. They have a valid end date. Also tried your suggestion and still the same issue. Any other ideas perhaps??
