Hi,
We've recently started to see a larger than normal PDD in our calls. It's only 4-6 seconds, and barely noticeable. Nothing much has changed in the system other than a few new clients.
I've checked the normal culprits:
- The server has verbose/logging at 1/2 so that we catch errors/warnings, used to be at 4/4, no noticeable difference at 1/2.
- No Wait statements in extensions
- extensions.conf has:

exten => _X.,n,Hangup
- Opened a ticket with our carrier to investigate, and they replied for us to "see why your PBX is taking an extended period of time to respond to the INVITEs that are being sent to you."
I tried to insert the Ringing to see if it would help with generating a ringtone to the inbound caller, but once the call shows up on the CLI, it starts ringing.
Outbound calls complete much quicker, as we can see the call connect almost instantly...
Any other items we should look at?
