Greetings,
I have two different providers supplying me DIDs to dial into my IVR and am experiencing the same symptoms with both providers. The call does ring, connects to my A2Billing box, and then I'm getting dead air. Below is an ouput from the logs. The call appears to be reaching the system and the audio files also appear to be playing, but on the user end there is nothing. Any suggestions on where to look for the issue?
