I see very few posts and no one answers questions anymore. Where is the community support? Has a2billing lost its edge?

I don't have any problems getting answers to any post I make but if I had any comments to make it would be the fact that the forums are very poorly laid out.

I've been using a2billing for a couple of years now yet I have to post in forums that are laid out with names like "V1.5 onwards install".

As I say two years in my most likely visit is not related to INSTALL, BUGS or REQUESTS.

For me, I'd like to see CONFIGURATION or GENERAL HELP.

Yes. It's extremely poorly laid out. It also looks like none of the moderators are posting anything and there seems to be very little activity here. At the very minimum I would have expected someone to reply to a bug report but nothing.
