Hi,
I want to make a call plan like this:
i want to make a rate card with this criteria:
compare the rate of 2 calls and bill the more expensive one.
For example:
my number is 0044xxxx and the price of a minute to call a 0044xxx destination is 2 dollar/min, i want to make a call to 0033xxx destination which cost 1 dollar/min.
When i make a one minute call, i want that the call will be billed for 2 dollar/min
how can i make this??
