Is there a report or way to get report of CallerID, DID and Duration of all calls answered by asterisk/A2B but caller just hang-up. Currently, only A2B CDR reports are what I can see which is fine when callerID is registered and the caller entered any IVR Options.
But when callerID is not registered or caller just hang-up and didn't enter any IVR option, this call record is not anyway in A2B.
Without these call records, you would not know exactly how many times your access numbers (DID) are called resulting to wrong ORIGINATION billing reconciliation.
It is very important to ensure that your origination/DID billing is correct and also to know those calls to your gateway that caller just hang-up.
Any information to get this report if not already exist will be greatly appreciated.
