 Post subject: VOIP setting Batch update

found some bugs ..

1. VOIP setting | Batch update doesn seems to work i select SIP confguration i batch update context and
it returns "THERE IS NO IAX CONFIG CREATED!"

2. IVR when you select to anounce last call it stacks in Duration and it keeps asterisk channel on.. (doesnt hangup)
same thing happens when you press * in voucher refill

3. RATES in customer UI doesnt work (maybe i am missing something here)
