 Post subject: How to remove +1 from caller ID

i put this code but inbound calls are still coming in with +1 in the front. Please help.

exten => _X.,1,GotoIf($["${CALLERID(num):0:1}" != "+"]?noplusatstart)
exten => _X.,n,Set(CALLERID(num)=${CALLERID(num):1})
exten => _X.,n(noplusatstart),Goto(a2billing,${EXTEN},1)
