Hello,

I'm loving getting to grips with Asterisk/A2Billing, but have a small question regarding the IVR menu. I've customised various prompts in English and Spanish and they all work fine except the intro prompt, which always plays in English even if the account is in Spanish. I have the file in the correct in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/es. What could be causing this?

Also, A2Billing uses the same prompt 'You Have...' (/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/[language]/prepaid-you-have) for indicating the initial balance, as well as the available call time to the destination. Is it possible to have 2 different prompts, such as 'Your balance is...' and 'Maximum call time is...'?
