I have a rate with prefix defaultprefix. It is binded to ratecard, that is binded to ratecard, that is binded to call plan. The customer uses that call plan, but everything I enter to simulator shows No matching rate found.

The simulator isn't working but is it working on the actual call?

What version of a2billing are you using?

No, actual call doesn't work too, prepaid-dest-unreachable. I use v1.9.4

Ok. Check the start and expiry date of the ratecard you are using if a valid dates are assigned. If it shows couple of zeros, input a valid dates and your problem is resolved.

Hi

This is fixed in the current versions of A2Billing, (2.0.6 at the time of writing). Certainly anyone still using 1.9.4 should upgrade.
