Hi
Joe - while I agree that in theory if it works for freepbx it will work for a2billing - I am experiencing the same issue and another related one on 3 installations. The common factor on those 3 is asterisk 10 although I am unsure if this is the cause. A2billing ranges from 1.9.4 to 2.0.6.
Issue 1 - identical to the post here, which is why I am replying here - I hear the voiceprompt but the pin is not accepted (no card number has been entered, even though it has. I have found a way around this by activating PIN sets in freepbx on the outbound route. Bizarrely, once freepbx has asked for a pin and accepted it, a2billing will detect the DTFM tones. I have no idea what makes it work this way, but it does.
Issue 2 on another server - a2billing is playing the file "please enter your complete pin number" - but no sound is heard and no pin is accepted. Low and behold, activate pins sets on freepbx, punch in the pin, and then send the call to a2billing and all is well - the voice prompt is heard and the pin accepted.
I'd love to find out what cause those issue?
