Hi,
I am trying to implement an account service that would deduct 'M' amount of credit if card has not been used for 'X' days every 'Y' days.
For example, deduct 1$ if account have not been used in 15 days every 15 days.
I have this cron job set :
0 12 * * * php /usr/share/a2billing/Cronjobs/a2billing_batch_process.php
It is set to run daily at 12.
Also I have an account service set like the image below:
However, it is not working as intended. I can see in the logs that the cronjob is running on time, however, nothing is happening with the service. When I attempt to run the script manually like this:
Code:
php /usr/share/a2billing/Cronjobs/a2billing_batch_process.php
The script runs correctly, but the charge is deducted from random accounts and it is not detecting only those who have not used their accounts in the last 15 days.
I think I have misunderstood something in the above set up, please if possible explain how the script works, and how I should set it up to obtain the above required. Do I need to edit anything with the Cron Job date?
Thanks,
