Currently, incoming calls coming through A2Billing are logged just fine. Except I am facing a limitation regarding correct logging of the call in the call reports. Calls are coming in to A2Billing via the custom trunk in freepbx... and then sent back to freepbx for IVR handling via the Misc Application. Now, the incoming call is recorded in A2Billing reports by the name of the Misc Application. To make the report more correct, I want the final extension that answered the call to appear in those reports. Am I making sense? :s I understand some programming will be required, but if someone can guide me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
