Hello everyone: I have a little question, is it possible to put an announcement or some sort or recording when a2billing has finish telling you the credit the minutes remaining for the call, meaning once is connecting the call to play an announcement to the caller. Thanks in advance. |

Hi Actually, I told you wrong, I misread your question. You will see against the rate that you can select Music On Hold, simply replace the MOH sound file with your message, and then it will be played instead of ringing until the called party picks up. Joe |
