 Post subject: Change call plan after predefined time of total calls

Hello all,

Is it possible the system to switch from a call plan (e.g call_plan_1) to another call plan (e.g call_plan_2) when a predefined time of total calls is reached ?
For example, first 500 minutes (of all users) to be charged with call_plan_1.
After the 500 minutes, the rest of them to be charged with call_plan_2.
Also, if this feature can restart itself every first day of any month.

Hi

This is not possible, but you might try stepped billing which is enabled by setting advance billing to yes in the system settings.
