Hello all, Is it possible the system to switch from a call plan (e.g call_plan_1) to another call plan (e.g call_plan_2) when a predefined time of total calls is reached ? For example, first 500 minutes (of all users) to be charged with call_plan_1. After the 500 minutes, the rest of them to be charged with call_plan_2. Also, if this feature can restart itself every first day of any month. Thanks, George |

Hi This is not possible, but you might try stepped billing which is enabled by setting advance billing to yes in the system settings. Joe |
