Hi all,
i am trying to configure the free minutes package,
but it is not working...
if I look at the CDR i can see that the calls go via the proper call plan which I have applied the package but the user is still billed.
here is what I have done
- created a package 1000 free
- selected free seconds starting from 1 (monthly package)
- added all the italian prefixes
- created a call plan
- added the rate card
- added the package to the call plan
- modified the agi to allow up to 60000 seconds free

Any help

Check again to ensure you have added the correct prefixes by checking the ID number of the prefixes you have added.

still not working
I am calling an italian number 39347
and everything seems to be ok.
and I have all the entry in the package offer rate list.

Check the ID number of the rate when you make a call, and check this is the one selected in the package offer.
