Hi everyone, I install Freepbx with a2billing 2.0.7, Im able to get in the a2billing GUI, however Im unable to use the simulator. I created a trunk, created a rateplan, ratecard and a call plan. I check the expiry date on my cards and everything is fine. However when I enter the number 1514****** If I check on the rates the 1514 is there I keep getting the message No matching rate found ! Can someone maybe guide me to a possible solution or tell me where I would need to check in the logs. Thank you! |

Did you definitely assign the rate card to a call plan? It's a common thing. Also, if you created the customer before the call plan it's possible the customer doesn't have a call plan assigned to it. |
