It seems that A2billing will only generate CDR's for outbound dialling by default. Is there a way to generate CDR's for incoming calls as well?

As long as you are actually feeding the inbound calls through a2billing (to a DID destination) then the calls should be in the A2Billing CDRs

I have configured all my extensions with an inbound DID and destination, and this is how they are able to receive incoming calls. Is there another way of configuring inbound calls that will generate CDR's? What am I missing here?

The only inbound CDR's I receive are for a DID number that is not an extension but is mapped to an extension.
