Look below. when I make a call it freezes at the line below -- Playing 'prepaid-cents' and it takes 10 cents from the credit. I do not know what to do. Please help.

Removing 10c is probably down to you having dial balance reservation switched on with a value of 10c in the agi-conf.

As to why it freezes, check you have the sound prompts installed. You can usually tell if this the problem by tailing the /var/log/asterisk/full log with the Asterisk verbosity turned up, as this has more detail than the Asterisk CLI.

I got the 10c out it no longer take the money but it does not write anything on the log when it freezes. it does not freeze all the time. only once in a while. it does happened at the same line everytime. one more thing it does keep the channels it does pile up until I rerun asterisk.

The logging in /var/log/asterisk/full will tell you more about what is going on.

for some reason. when it freeze it does not produce a log. I have the log set to 4. no entry. i found out that it is occuring in the method call channel_status located in the phpagi.php I cannot see why because sometime it works fine something it freezes. I resolve the problem about the 10c thanks for that. it is the freez and it create the channels and does not remove them when that happened. I going to continue to look into the problem. if you think of something please let me know.
