I have a plan with 2 providers.
Each provider has one ratecard and two trunks (in failover).

Call simulation on that plan works ok, shows the correct provider order to be used when making calls.
The problem is when making real calls that end up failing on both of the trunks of the 1st provider but call does not proceed to the next provider.

When a call to the provider returns:
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

The process stops there after having tried only the two trunks of the first provider. It does not proceed to the next provider however.
What am I doing wrong?

The only places I have configured trunk failover are inside the same provider. I have not setup failover from the 2nd trunk of provider A to the 1st of provider B because this would lead to false billing (since provider B has other rates or some times charge a very high amount (like $10/m) for destinations not in their pricelist.

Can you please help? :(

Hi

Your question is not very clear, but is "failover_recursive_limit" relevant in the agi-conf.
