Hi aLL, My current installation requires that the customers first dial the destination number and after that A2Billing's IVR asks them to enter their PIN number and just connects them after authenticated. How could I achieve this through the Asterisk dialplan? What kind of variable should I set before invoking a2billing.php and is it possible at all? Thanks a lot in advance! |

Hi It's not clear what you are trying to achieve, so it's difficult to answer. A couple of answers to your questions could be: 1. The call in progress is determined by the settings in the agi-conf. 2. If you want to authenticate a customer before calling A2Billing, you can set the accountcode in Asterisk dialplan. Joe |

Hi Joe, Maybe my mistake I didn't explain it quite well. The customers should just dial the destination number on the phone as usual and after that the IVR have to ask them for PIN. I guess that's absolutely possible, right? So, in two words the authentication should be done after we have the dialed destination number already. I can pass the destination number to a2billing.php through the Asterisk dialplan. My question is how could we achieve this? Thanks! |
