Can I know what is proper version of Ubuntu or Asterisk that A2Billing supported ?

I managed to install in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS . But seems following error happen wen reload ( Running on Non Realtime Version, as I not yet manage to run on Real time)

I'm not sure what version of Ubuntu you want but that error is non critical. It just means in the a2billing SIP account you have NAT = yes (this is in the a2billing customers SIP account settings)

If you change that to "force_rport,comedia" you will not see the error (warning).

You will see this warning whatever version of Ubunutu is running, it's an Asterisk warning.

Reason I ask on OS is because, in Ubuntu, we are all install, packages, not manual compilation. For example, Ubunt 12.02 is Asterisk 1.8 and it may not have issue here, and 14.04 is Asterisk 11 and may have issue here. Still any forsee other issues may arise ?

I manage to get Asterisk RealTime up with A2B .

Today test, I am facing two more issue, hope to get some help here -
1) Caller ID that set in VOIP setting, sip user, doens't show out when calling out. Which mean even set the caller id or callerid number, when call out, it did not send over callerid. The carrier definately able to support callerid. I have A2B v1.7 using same carrier, and no issue on callerid setting.

2) Some field in A2b not properly show , it is there but just how empty, I believe this is somehow css error -

what is possible solve of the issue ?

One more issue that I found.

I m now using Asterisk Realtime with A2B

The SIP secret is not update to cc_sip_buddies table

VOIP Setting -> Click edit -> Click Save

and go back again, the Secret field in database become empty .

However, the sip user still able to login using old password.

IAX is ok.

I've not been able to replicate this on our test servers, although I am not using Ubuntu 14.04, but I will test on this OS later.

The current version is 2.0.13 (https://github.com/Star2Billing/a2billing) , I would suggest an upgrade and let us know if the problem still exists.

Tested on the 2.0.13 following is outcome -

1) CallerID is set to sip user's "CID Number" , when I set to "CallerID" it doesn't work. Not sure what is different between both.
One is name and one is number ?

2) Password save to database still not working.
VOIP Setting -> edit sip users -> Save, and password field become empty.
However sip user still able to login . May be only in cache of asterisk ?
I use phpmyadmin to see the cc_sip_buddies table, the secret is really empty.

3) apache error log still a lot of error coming out. Some sample here -

Hi , I have noticed that problem also if both "secret" and "md5secret" are empty. It does not save the password and actually blanks it out if one was already there.

I was using the workaround to put the password in the md5secret field which actually saves it in both fields in the database. Intended to check it out but no time.

I just tested the way as vulcan said, it is the same. I put secret in MD5secret, and it come out in both. It show both the same in server.

It not suppose to be the same, as MD5 secret not suppose to be plain text .

I think the saving password to MD5Secret is not work around. As If i saving MD5 Password, softphone login will keep verifying MD5 Password instead of secret. And since MD5password is not MD5ed, so the login fail. I need to manual removing MD5 secret at DB in order to make it work.

A2B, pls help fixing this bugs.
