I have a great IVR with the Allison Voice for English users. I have made some custom prompts as well with Cepstral's Allison Tool. But, I downloaded the publicly available male Spanish voice only to find out that I couldn't find a math for the auto voice custom prompts. I was told that 'Miguel' sounded scared and the google Spanish voice sounds drunk. Has anyone found a good voice set and custom prompt tool for Spanish users (don't care if it's make or female). I'm trying to avoid Westany's solution if possible. Thanks for the input! |
