Can someone help me?

The "please enter the number you wish to call and then press the pound key" keep on playing/repeating if I am entering a long number.

It seems that it doesn't get the fact that I am actually entering the phone number. It catch that when I pressed the pound key.

When I call :
1.- Welcome Message
2.- Credit Message
3.- Please enter Dest
4.- ( I start on entering the phone number)
5.- Please enter Dest again until I press pound.

It's the first time I had this issue. It uses to work like this.

A2Billing uses to wait while I am entering the phone number. Maybe it doesn't have keytone? If so, why it gets the whole number when I pressed pound?

Should I start with some debugs and logs?

I am using agi-conf1 (for DID incoming calls) and agi-conf2 (for SIP calls).

When I call via sip connection. Everything goes well, the system wait while I am entering my number.

When call via the DID, the system keep on asking please enter the number you wish to call... until I press # (for it to get the number).

I don't know if that new could help solve it....

Could it come from incoming settings..? Where to look at 'cause my incoming DID says "Received incoming SIP connection from unknown peer to " Therefore it uses from-trunk and I don't know if from-trunk has DMFT configured.

The issue has been solve.

[from-trunk] wasn't configured, it wasn't even existed. So I created one in additional_a2billing_sip.conf and put :

dtmfmode=RFC2833
rfc2833compensate=yes

Now the IVR "please enter the number you wish to call...." wait while I am entering my numbers.

If there better way to use "from-trunk" please make suggestion.
