Hi everyone. I'm trying for a while to build up a billing system with a2billing. I followed by letter the steps from http://www.powerpbx.org/content/a2billi ... l-guide-v2 and the videos. however after creating all the structure, with trunks,Rates, Rate Cards and Call Plans, after I make a test call my cdr report shows 'no data found' when I do search. I can't understand where I'm failing. can anyone help me please? thanks in advance |

Make sure to check the date from checkbox and select an appropriate date. If you dont it will not show any records. Alex |

many thanks for your replies fellas, anovas, I've tried also by checking the date from the checkbox. still no data found. ;( And I checked the cc_call table like jroper suggested. the table is empty. am I doing wrong something at the trunk configuration in the freepbx? because really those custom destinations I don't know how are going to work --------------- when I try to make an outbound call from pbx extension my call is DECLINED. maybe I need to link my extension to a customer in a2billing??? my asterisk log is below: pbx.c:6646 __ast_pbx_run: Channel 'SIP/426000000-00000009' sent to invalid extension but no invalid handler: context,exten,priority=custom-freepbxa2billing,06xxxxxxxx,1 looking forward to hear from you. |

Hi Make sure you have a context "custom-freepbxa2billing" Make sure that there is a matching extension in the context for 06xxxxxxxx Make sure there is a priority 1. You can do this from the Asterisk CLI, dialplan show custom-freepbxa2billing Joe |

Hi Joe actually I had a context with priority 1, but it was dashed freebpx-a2billing now my calls are not declined anymore, but I hear a voice message, requesting a pin number. where do I define this pin? my output from asterisk cli is: [ Context 'custom-freepbxa2billing' created by 'pbx_config' ] '_X.' => 1. deadAGI(a2billing.php,${OUT_${DIAL_TRUNK}:8}) [pbx_config] 2. Hangup() [pbx_config] thanks |
