Post subject:  Enabling support tickets

When I send a support ticket via the customer interface, I get confirmation that a ticket has been created but a ticket does not show on the customer interface.

Also on the backend admin page, no tickets are displaying. I receive an email confirming a ticket has been created, but this is not logged onto a2billing.

Looked at cc_ticket_comment table and it is empty. I'm I missing something?

Tickets will be doing what I want to know the concept.
