Hi wanted to know if A2billing you can do the following. My clients want to apply a discount of 50% for example when making calls to mobile numbers of the company. Is possible to perform this task in A2billing? A greeting. |

Hi Add the telephone numbers of the mobile numbers into a rate card and attach to the customers callplan. Joe |

Hi Yes, but in reality, what are the chances of one company phoning another's mobile phone, and for that small possibility, how much is it likely to cost you? If not much, then you will only have a few extra rates in one rate table and no extra call-pans to create. If it's a risk you don't want to take, then you will have a few extra rates, some rate tables and call-pans to create. Joe |

John understood my idea is to offer customers internal calls but diverted to a mobile phone number at a discount or for free. Another option may be to create a package of free minutes, this option I have not tested in a2billing. thanks |
