Hi, I am looking to create a Customer service number like 500 this would allow anyone using a A2b trunk to dial this number it then calls the extension and then the extension will point it to the IVR. can anyone guide me a way to do this |

Hi Create a DID 500 in A2Billing, and set the destination as local/MyIVR@from-trunk In inbound routes, set up a new DID with a value of MyIVR (ignore any warning messages about it not being a number) and set the destination as your IVR. Joe |
