Greetings!
Have installed A2Billing v2.2.0, created the Call Plan, then the Rate Card and finally imported the rates from our wholesale supplier.
Then attempted to use the Rate Simulator and whatever number is entered it says "No matching rate found !"
I have checked that the rates start and end dates are valid as-well as the plan which is attached to the customer.
What else can we look at next ? I have tried increasing the logging to DEBUG but nothing is getting written out
We are running A2Billing under NGINX and PHP-FPM.
Ideas please ? Thank you.
