Hello guys
I need disable voice prompts ONLY for postpaid customers (you have ...dolars, etc..)
How can i do that ?

The call in progress is controlled by the AGI-Conf, adjust it to suit your needs.

Joe, in my system i have 2 type of customers : prepaid and postpaid
So I need disable voice prompts ONLY for postpaid customers
How distinguish customers from AGI conf ?

Hi

If they have different access numbers, then you can point them to different contexts calling different AGI-Confs

If they are VoIP customers, you can put each customer type into a different context in the sip credentials.

If they are calling card customers and they use the same access number, you'd have to do a quick database lookup in dialplan to determine which AGI-Conf to send them to.
