I cannot import a ratecard that is about 11MB in size. I get a "No tariffplan defined" error.

If I break up that file into 2 files about 5.5MB in size and save them in exactly the same format I can them import each of the 2 files separately.

My php.ini and a2billing webgui settings are set to 20MB Max upload/import file size. Also tried increasing that to 200MB. Rebooted after changes just to be sure.

I read the old information on this error saying it was a problem with file format etc. but making those changes didn't help. I can import the files when I make them smaller so obviously my file format is ok.

Figured it out.

There are 2 settings in php.ini that need to be big enough to accept the file.

upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

# Restart apache after changing above.

In addition to a2billing admin GUI > System Settings > Global list > my_max_file_size_import

So 3 settings total.
