 Post subject: Answer call 00:00 but status answered

Hello,

I have a problem with a2billing some call are 00:00 minutes but in status answered.

This is my settings :

answer_call No
play_audio No
say_goodbye No
play_menulanguage No

Is there a way to avaid this .
