payment amounts

When the clients do payments through Paypal, they can choose these amounts:
1,2,5,10,20 USD
I would like to change these amounts to
10, 20, 50
How can I change this?

There is a settings for this in the epayment settings section.

Im changing everything through "System Settings" -> "global List"

When we change settings in this area, do they become immediately available?
