What do you mean by the above?
If you go to Charges > Add Charge and then add an "Extra Charge" should it reduce the account balance immediately?
I needed to correct a DID charge the other day because of the account not having enough funds when the system tried to deduct for the DID. After the account was topped up, I tried the way I just mentioned above but it did not work.
I ended up going to Customer > Make Payment to this Card and putting a negative value for the "PAYMENT AMOUNT", checking "CREATE ASSOCIATE REFILL" and selecting "Extra Fee" from the pull down list. That procedure reduce the balance to the correct value.
